One of these is a recurring visual gag in the main LoadingReadyRun sketch series. The gag consists of a character indicating a vague sexual action by holding one arm out and making a repeated action as if throwing a punch underneath it with the other. The gag is most often connected with Kathleen, who uses it as a command when directing in Ways to Slack Off. The name is taken from CommodoreHUSTLE 017 - It's Magic, where James is shown using the gesture while saying, "so I gave her one of these!".
